Rick is the Idaho Small Business Development Centers primary outreach resource for startup and early stage technology-based businesses.  He has a world of experience as the incubator manager of Idaho's largest technology incubator in Idaho Falls.  His knowledge includes intellectual property, product development, funding, management needs, etc.
